My main practice is situated in Preston, Paignton, Devon, which is within easy travelling distance of the whole of Torbay.
Totnes and Newton Abbot are a short 15 Minute drive away, and Exeter is only 30 minutes by car.
The consulting room is located on the main Bus routes and is a 20 minute walk from
Paignton railway station.

As a Counsellor I would offer you the opportunity to talk in confidence with me, and my only aim would be to listen to you carefully and without judgment, so that with understanding, I can support you as fully as possible in your search to find how best to move forward, in the areas of your life you choose to explore. Your decision to begin counselling or psychotherapy is an indication of your strength, hope, and a deeply held belief that problems can become more manageable and that life can feel more fulfilling.
In therapy, together we’ll create a relationship to help you discover and change patterns of feeling, thinking, and relating that may be causing you to feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed. In a safe and trusting environment, our conversations will unfold in the space and time you need to get to know yourself better and become free to follow your life goals and desires.
I have been counselling for over 20 years and during that time I have become qualified in many different types of therapy.
Not all therapeutic approaches work with all people, and so I feel it’s important for me to be up to offer a wide range of ways of working with each individual’s or couple’s problems. My experience and extensive training mean that together, we can find just the right approach to help you. Here are some of the therapies I offer:
